200-500mm Three Layers PE Solid Pipe Plastic Pipe Production Line is primarily used in the manufacturing of PE pipes with diameters ranging from 16mm to 1200mm. The various thickness of the pipes produced can make them suitable for applications range from urban water supply to gas transportation. This line also excels in the production of anti-flammable and anti-static electricity pipes using a two or three layer spiral mould for use in mining industries. Pipes produced feature even wall-thickness and perfect roundness. Through switching or adding certain part of machine unit, this line can also be customized to extrude pipes of various other kinds.

Brief Introduction:

1. We offer high speed single-screw extruder of following modes, including SJ65, SJ75, SJ90, SJ105, SJ120 and SJ150, SJ180. Suitable for PE, HDPE, PP, PPR , PPH, PPB pipe extrusion.

2. Optimized spiral die ensure the melt distribution uniform to make the pipe wall uniform and guarantee the pipe pressure. Equipped copper Vacuum calibration sleeve with water lubrication ring, twin-chamber vacuum tank with spraying cooling and semicircular Nylon support, to ensure fast calibration, increase the production capacity and lower the operation. These designs are especially good for big diameter pipe production and high speed production.

3. All of vacuum tank and water cooling tank is made from stainless steel, dual water supply pipe line with filtration system, water level and temperature control system and optimized positioning of the bayonet-type spray nozzles.
4. The twin or multi caterpillar haul-off unit is equipped with high quality rubber block or rubber belt (for high speed production) accuracy driving and control system ensure the speed stable and running reliable.

5. PPR pipe has the advantages of light weight, good corrosion resistance and long service life.Moreover, PPR pipe is safe and non-toxic, can be used in cold and hot water pipelines, as well as drinking water system. The maximum working temperature of PPR tube can be 90 degree. At 70 degree, its service life can reach more than 50 years. While in room temperature, its service life is more over 100 years.
