Product Introduction
Plastic Extruder Double Screw Extruder PVC Pipe Extrusion Line/ Double Pipe Extrusion Line is designed with advanced technology, equipped with the first single screw extruder (square pipe extrusion), square pipe extrusion die, vacuum sizing water tank, spray cooling water tank, the second single screw extruder (rubber extrusion), spiral molding machine, cutting machine and stacking platform.
The first single screw extruder (square tube extrusion) and the second single screw extruder (rubber extrusion): low energy, low temperature plasticization (for material characteristics), high efficiency extrusion principle. The unique design of variable pitch, solid-liquid material separation screw, the unique design of feeding system ensure the high-yield extrusion, and the special design of strong mixing section ensure the uniform plasticization of raw materials at low temperature.
Spiral forming machine: it adopts advanced multi axle box transmission structure, with the characteristics of large transmission power, stable operation, long service life, etc. The unique compound die, spiral rotational molding and the design of two extruders ensure the efficient extrusion of high-quality winding pipes. The second rubber single screw extruder can move up and down, left and right. The control of PLC and touch screen system realizes the operation automation and easy operation.
Cutting machine: fixed length cutting, PLC, touch screen system control truly realize the operation automation, easy to operate.
Control system: PLC, touch screen system control. Multi point control: square tube extrusion, PE rubber extrusion, spiral winding molding and cutting processes are all controlled by the control system synchronously. Two touch screens can independently control the extruder and winding molding.
Features:
1. Allow free assembling of the screw component, based on raw material type.
2. Using the suitable die head for palletizing, such as water ring cutting, under-water cutting and hot face cutting.
3. High efficient force feeder ensures stable high capacity material feeding, low power consumption.
4. Main screw has vacuum exhaustion.
5. Water ring granulator machine, attached with dryer. 6. Single screw extruder, with specially designed screw, barrel, venting system, ensure the good quality of the final products.
7. Pelletizing style: standard cutting with extrusion mould. Even cutting ensures with good shape.
