SKR-PVC pipe extrusion line is composed as follows: conical twin-screw extruder, mold, vacuum calibration box,haul-off machine, cutting machine, stacker, on-line belling machine.
1, This extrusion line mainly produce Φ50-630 range PVC pipes.It is mainly used for agricultural water supply and drainage,building water supply and drainage,laying of wire and cable and so on.
2, Extruder and haul-off machine adopt AC frequency conversion speed regulating device,vacuum pump and traction motor adopt domestic best brand products.
3, The haul-off machine can be equipped with two-caterpillars,three-caterpillars,four-caterpillars,six-caterpillars,eight-caterpillars, and other traction modes according to the pipe diameter to ensure that production does not skid.
4, The cutting machine can choose planetary and circular cutting mode,with meter counter and thickening device.The equipment has reliable performance and high production efficiency.
