Advantages
MPP PP HDPE Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Production Line Extrusion Line is used to produce single wall corrugated pipes. Our single wall corrugated pipe extrusion line can produce PE corrugated pipes, PA corrugated pipes, PVC corrugated pipes, PP corrugated pipes, and MPP corrugated pipes. They all are used for different fields.
Single wall corrugated pipe machine uses the single screw extruder to make the single wall corrugated pipes. We have normal-speed and high-speed single wall corrugated pipe machines. Normal-speed single wall corrugated pipe extrusion uses the air cooling system, whereas the high-speed single wall corrugated pipe machine uses the water cooling system.
Our single wall corrugated pipe machine uses a high efficient extruder to produce the pipe with higher output. We use the AirTac brand air valve to make production more stable. For 20-110mm, a single wall corrugated pipe machine needs two separated lines. 6-63mm can be produced in one line, and 63-110mm can be produced in another single wall corrugated pipe machine.
One single wall corrugated pipe machine can produce different material corrugated pipes. PE single wall corrugated pipe machine can produce PA, PP, and MPP single wall corrugated pipes.
Our single wall corrugated pipe machine can produce round corrugated pipe and rectangle corrugated pipes. We also call it the prestressed tube, and round corrugated pipe is almost used for electrical wire protection. The prestressed tube is used to construct roads, bridges, and railways.
