• Die head from ID 50-200mm, thickness 1-3mm, we can provide drawing for molds according to customer samples
• Die head can wearing wire according to customer requirement.

Water tank

• Form of vacuum sizing box: stainless steel box, 3 mm thick, all parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel, the whole process is vacuum, and there are windows on both sides.
• Number of nozzles (pieces): 18.
• Water supply method: centralized water supply.
• Vacuum pump power: direct-connected water-ring sealed vacuum pump 3KW (1 set)
• Vacuum degree (MPa): 0~0.09MPa.
