High Speed PVC PE Single Wall Corrugated Pipe Extrusion Line for Making The Electric Wire Sheath can produce PE,PP,EVA, PVC, PA etc material single wall corrugated pipe continuously. We designed new technology, replace the traditional chain forming machine. The appearance and precision of single wall corrugated pipe hav improv gratly. The production line is driven by gears, and the mold runs in the track. It is equipped with an automatic lubrication system and a closed forced water cooling system to achieve high-speed production.

High efficient single screws, specially designed for plastic material to ensure uniformed plasticization, high extrusion. Stable temperature controlling system can guarantee high quality corrugated pipe extrusion. 
2. Extrusion Mould: 
High quality design die head will ensure high speed extrusion and avoid the thermal decomposition of amorphous plastics and get high quality pipes. 
3. Forming machine with forming block: 
Gear driven system with 100% water cooling system.It is adopted track working method to ensure 20-30m/min speed. High precision forming block ensure a better surface of the corrugated pipe. Blowing and vacuum system is optional according customers request.
