Conical twin-screw is a counter-rotating extrusion machine; the shape of the screw is conical, from the feeding zone to forming zone, the screw and barrel are becoming smaller, and the pressure will become bigger, so we can add a high percentage of calcium carbonate into the extrusion products.

Conical twin-screw extruder is designed to make PVC pipes, PVC profiles, WPC profiles, PVC pellets, SPC floor; it was invented in China and also produced in China. The speed of the conical twin-screw extruder is from 30-45rpm. It belongs to slow speed extruder.

We use aluminum ceramic and aluminum heater on our conical twin-screw extruder, and all heater has an outer protecting cover to avoid people being wounded and installed water circle cooling in the feeding zone, it will prevent PVC material from being blocked, as the heating power will be passed from screw barrel to feeding zone.
Besides, we have a good performance vacuum system to suck the moisture and air from the barrel; it will increase the quality of plastic products; all cable wire has been chosen bigger diameter to avoid the unstable voltage and current. For special voltage, like 220V, we will use a double diameter of cable wire, as the current is much higher than others.
